Bruno de SAINT-EXUPERY

Originally from the Périgord region and an agricultural engineer, I am married to Angélique, and we are the proud parents of two children. After starting my career in banking as a corporate account manager, I discovered the world of real estate in 2008.

Each day brings new wonder, marked by surprising encounters, with every successful mission paving the way for a fresh challenge. This journey led me to co-found PRESTANT, in collaboration with Benoît VERDET.

Why PRESTANT?

One Sunday morning, as an organist in Saint-Cyprien, the King of Instruments whispered in my ear to name our agency “PRESTANT.” Isn’t this organ register the most stable? Doesn’t it give “the right tone”? Indeed, much like the oboe in an orchestra, it ensures that the rest of the instrument is in tune. Its name comes from the Latin praestans, meaning: to excel, to stand out, to be ahead, to triumph.

At PRESTANT, beyond real estate expertise, our approach has become a true commitment to attentive listening and precision. This commitment guides us in every mission. From valuing a property to facilitating its sale, everything must “strike the right chord.” We strive to resonate, harmonize, and align with the uniqueness and authenticity of every home whose transfer we orchestrate. It is essential to me to share these values with Benoît VERDET, our team members, and our clients.
